Lag time is a delay between tasks that have a dependency. We cannot start the 2nd task before finishing the 1st. Example; we cannot start concreting the next segment if we havent't cured the 1st segment. So the waiting time is called lag time. So the lag time is very important because the concrete need to properly cured and set before next proper works may proceeds.
